The June Holidays! IT'S HERE!!!!

And I didn't get to paint my nails last night. ANNOYING! I mean...I was the one who bought that 10ml bottle of hot cherry red goo ):

Ahhhh, but it doesn't matter. I'm learning to make peace with everything (: Yes, peace, serenity. It's totally zen XD

I don't know why I'm this high (this meaning mildly-high-ish), when earlier today I was quite moody. What makes Shirlene moody?? An empty dining table on a beautiful Saturday morning, with Rati here as the "cherry on top". But it's all over now. I shall go on my merry way to read and laze about today.

June holidays...mmmmm. Sounds delicious, right? I just know that all I'm going to focus on is:

That's all I have so far.

Yesterday wasn't what I'd ever call a blast, but I did try to make it fun :D Let it go back to my old-fashioned way of blogging and tell you about yesterday!

So, I finished my English papers around 1pm yesterday, and I must say the Summary and Composition were killing me. Ms G. is going to be SO disappointed!! After that, we did some blahbie blah stuff and then I went to meet Mae and Pal at Vivo. I forgot how boring and expensive shopping at Vivo was (Shermae only got a head band! But The Dress got sold out... Maybe I'll try getting it for her :D Ooooo, I'm so darn distracted by all these fashion stuff now!)

Digress!

Look at these :D I loveLOVELOVE the one piece suit, 4th from the bottom. But when I saw it on the model...

YUCKIE, RIGHT!? Gimme a smile from her anytime and I'll give her one million bucks! (No, that'll never happen because with those lips, I don't think she even CAN smile!)

Okay, and I'm back. I think this post is going to take me the whole afternoon! Oh yes. So. After Vivo, we headed to Bishan to catch Angels and Demons! (Sorry Pal ): ) IT WAS AWESOMEEE!! Watching movies with Mae is fun; doing ANYTHING with Mae is FUN! During the parts where the preferattis were going to appear [dead], I warned Mae before hand (didn't want her to get nightmares.). We would huddle really close together, the only barrier is the seat's arm rest. We should've gone to Cathay. They have those cool couple seats, the ones Bunee and I were in when we last watched a movie [which I...forgot xp].
I remember suddenly bursting out laughing during a really suspenseful part of the movie - because I thought of Mr Bean at the movies with his girlfriend. They were watching a horror movie and he was so scared that...ahhh those who have watched it should know what I mean :D So between fits of laughter and gulping for air, I told Mae about it then I imitated Bean. Gosh, that was hilarious!

Let's talk about the movie: IT WAS AWESOME! I didn't find the explosion of the anti-matter that cool like Rati did. But I found it amazing that the director plucked out quite a number of important scenes and one key character, but still managed to twist it such that the skeleton of the story was still there. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU RON HOWARD, DAVID KOEPP ANDAKIVA GOLDSMAN! (Okay, I didn't know it was them, I just got it off of IMDb xp)
IT'S YOU! NORAGO! EWEN MCGREGOR! Handsome boy :D And...Nocolaj Lie Kaas, Naughty Boy :D Even though A&D was some gory movie, at least they managed to cast several good looking actors and one actress in the movie. Good job I tell them, good job!

Enough about the movie. So, I ate two-thirds of the whole popcorn pack and drank one-quater of the iced lemon tea. Sugar rush? No. It was Sugar Tsunami I tell you! I got really excited and stuff, and then crazy ideas and words/phrases started hitting my brain like a meteorite shower :D (WHY IS MY CREATIVE JUICES FLOWING ONLY NOW RATHER WHEN I NEEDED IT FOR COMPOSITION WRITING YESTERDAY?! I AM MAD AT YOU, MY BRAIN, MAD I TELL YOU!!)

Doesn't that look adorable? It I could get my hands on it, I'd try to match it with sister's navy blue-disastrous dress! But I learnt my lesson: Never wear high waisted belts!!

So, since there was about 1/3 of popcorn left, I decided to give it to sister as a gift. So I was like "Hurry Mae! Fold the top! I wanna staple it!" And I guess she was pretty embarrassed by me then...WHATEVER :D

I really had fun though~

So, sister took the Circle Line to Bishan and she made it sound so confusing. I gave her the popcorn gift and she was so touched because she said she hasn't had anything since breakfast...I am good :D We headed down to Orchard and then made our way to F.E.P.! My 2nd favvie to shop at :D Sister wanted to get her extensions there, but poor Mae was limping because she bought a freaking lousy-but-cute shoes, again!

Sister became quite grumpy because she strongly disapproves of Shermae's fashion sense, and felt that sh should not shop at F.E.P. But, like I had written in my situational writing: "Every one has their own individual fashion sense..." So, I tried to stick to sister and Mae, trying to make things better. But apparently Shermae's hurting feet was getting to her. So was sister's crave for buckets of food. We then walked the long distance from F.E.P. to Takashimaya. Well, not long for me but long for The Hungry One and The Hurting One. I tried to tell them to hurry up in a stupid-foolish-ish kind of way to cheer both of them up but they were too grumpy ): Yeah...and we kind of ruined mummy's night with her BFFFFFF, Aunty Cynthia (not that I really like her... But I got to be polite. Full of 温文尔雅-noisity.)

So, that was all for yesterday. Best thing was the movie :DDDDDDDD (this iss a mega watt grin!)

I'm still considering moving to LJ, and IF I do, I may just open up my archives for fun (; You may want to petition for that, because I think what I used to post when I was younger (HAH! WHEN I WAS 11 I WAS YOUNGER!) was really nonsensical, full of broken English, filled to the brim with explicit language, overflowing with MS (Maple Story, who ever remembers it!?). If you didn't manage to read the above crap about my blog BC (Before Cedar, where I BLOSSOMED into a sophisticated and understanding lady whose had her mouth cleansed (; ), let me summarise it for you: My posts used to be full of crap.
