My 445th post!
Been long people! Yes, I know you miss me. No, I only know of one person who misses my posting...
Anyway, the weekend was A-W-E-S-O-M-EEEEE!! We rented bikes from some shack in East Coast Park and rode all the way to Changi Village for lunch, that took about 1 and a half hours. 1 and a half hours or pure bliss~ The food at Changi Village was so awesome! I tied my 2 pony tails again :D Got a picture or two of me and my sisters while we were waiting for mummy and Ren Jie to catch up. I wish that Ren Jie was a pussy, as you all might have though, but he was just trying to keep mummy company. I can't keep up with mummy, will tend to stray away xp Shermae rode with her mostly. Poor mummy was aching on our way there already! Sister kept insisting that it was due to her lack of exercise, but mummy said that it was due to her uhm...age (:
On the ride back we had to rush due to the time limitation. I rode back alone for half the trip, unlike the trip there where I rode alone. At ECP, I was trying to find the bike shack but overshot it! So I rode on and on without knowing, until I reached the area where the rows of shops ended. Next time I should try to keep up with mummy...
We may go back this weekend to roller blade then eat at some seafood restaurant ;D
A twin is what everyone really wants, but I always tell them it isn't nice. That's partially true. I mean, you guys are always competing, sharing. Take for example our academic results, Shermae was always better than I was, and Mummy keeps rubbing salt onto my 4-year-old wound about how I must work harder so that I can get bursary too and blah blah blah. Sharing? Well, the most obvious one is that we have to share a room. Wwe used to share clothes. Speaking of clothes, mummy always made us wear the exact same clothes, just that after some age I had to wear a size or two bigger than Shermae. There's another issue, size. Right now, Shermae's a little taller and so much skinnier than me. Wwhich brings me to the fact that people compare our looks. That doesn't need much elaboration as Shermae has always been the prettier one. You know, we even share friends, and usually those friends prefer Shermae. (This is starting to become my bitching session...)
But, having twins rocks more (: Like how we share a room, then we won't be afraid of sleeping in the dark
alone. When you share a room, you can try on clothes together, have some mini fashion show. When you have a twin you can hug her to sleep if you're scared. With a twin, you can fight all you want and take out all your rage on her, then make up in less than 5 minutes. Having a twin means having someone to accompany you where ever, when ever (however??). A twin is equals to having someone you can share everything selflessly with, even the bathroom to shower. A twin is your confidante, she's you...brides maid? Well, if I am allowed to have a little church-y wedding without the vows, Mae-mae would be mine ;) Of maid of honour? Then Sister my brides' maid XD WHOO! FINALLY, SHE! MY MAID!
Ahhh, I still feel like I'm in the boat, floating, in the murky waters of the Kallang River. Fun (:
